  • Why are your prices not listed on your website?
    While we do have standard pricing for each one of our services, we allow our clients to customize our service offerings. For example, our FCC Compliance service includes the management of several different reports. A client may choose to only have us manage a fraction of those reports and in cases such as that, we would have to modify our pricing.
  • Do you manage E911 filings?
    Yes. E911 filings are managed by our C.P.A. team and is included with our Sales & Use Tax Compliance Service.
  • What if I am not sure about what my company needs to file?
    Most clients do not have a strong understanding around what their legal obligations are. For each new client, we research the service(s) they offer and where they are offering them to determine what each law states. As the laws change, we inform each of our clients and update our process to ensure that they are not paying a penny more or less than they are legally obligated to.
  • What if my company is revoked in a state or my certificate of authority is suspended?
    In cases such as this, we will act as your representative and contact each jurisdiction to find out what is needed in order to bring you back into good standings. In many cases, based on our strong and longstanding relationship with several jurisdiction, our requests to expedite processing and mitigate fees are typically approved more often than other firms. In any case, we will keep you updated as to both the current status of the process as well as the next steps in the process.
  • What if I only need help with a one time issue?
    Not a problem! Although we love building long term relationships, we understand that sometimes a company just needs help with one issue. We will work with you to clearly outline what your need is and resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • Do you only support the needs of telecommunication companies?
    Not at all! Even though we have been servicing telecommunication firms for almost two decades, throughout that time, we have also managed several "general market" companies. They include general sales, Online sales and manufacturing.
  • Will you make the payments for the returns/reports you manage for my company?
    Yes! However, some of our client's prefer to mail their payments out in house so we have created a process to support that option as well.
  • How long does it take before you can begin managing our account?
    The typical implementation time is between 30 and 60 days. This time does vary depending on the information we are able to receive from our clients and how soon we are able to receive it.
